They’re pretty, sturdy, and packaged well, but they won’t adhere to paint. Most of the reviews saying they stick well seem to be applying them to polished tile. Unfortunately, my landlord painted over my tile, so I will have to find an alternative adhesive.

Quality seems good. Adhesive seems pretty strong. I applied these to a table I built just this morning. Once applied, seems like they're on pretty good. Being so new, I can't comment on how long the adhesive will last just yet, so we'll see in a few months.The only negative comment I have is that the tiles aren't the same size. Some are smaller, some are larger, so you're going to get probably 3 different sizes. The size difference is very small, but enough that you might not get a perfectly str

Update........... I have attached a few of these to see if I can hold off on total backsplash replacement for awhile. Even though they aren't quite the same size as the existing tiles they will still work just to liven things up a bit. The backing didn't give me the trouble that peel offs are famous for. I was skeptical these woukd work. We updated master bath chose to regrout tile but all white needed up date so instead of ripping out tile i took a chance bought these and OMG im glad i did. The go on easy they have great shine that hasnt faded yet. Wonderful patterns. These accents truely uodated my shower without having to tear up tile!! I ordered one pack to see if I liked them. I painted a nightstand, sprayed a protective coating, and then placed these sticky tiles on top. I only painted the top of the table slightly, in case the gaps between the sticky tiles would show. These thin sticky tiles were easy to use and even better looking in person. A quick note to start- these aren't stick-on vinyl tiles - those exist, for tiling your kitchen or bathroom or whatever, and are heavy and durable and you can walk on them. Very easy to use. I put them over vinyl tiles, over painted metal cabinet, over painted wood paneling. The can be moved if you make mistake before you really stick them down. I love the look. Blue green packet. Great price. Durable. Adherence is great.
